The final draft of the 2012 Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) (2.7MB PDF) was approved for adoption by the Commission on November 1, 2011; however, the revised standards will not become effective until March 15, 2012. Until that time, compliance with the 1994 Texas Accessibility Standards is required. For further clarification on which version of TAS applies to your particular project please refer to the TDLR document: Summary of Compliance with the 2012 TAS or call our office at 512-238-8675.

Plan Review Submittals to Lone Star Access, Inc.  Please Include:

• One full set of signed and sealed construction drawings
• A completed TDLR Project Registration Form - Link to Registration Form
• Or A Project Registration Confirmation Page

• An Owner Agent Designation form if you are not the owner - Link to Owner Agent Designation Form
• A check payable to Lone Star Access, Inc. - Link to Fee Schedule
• A Proof of Submission Form - Link to Proof of Submission Form
• This form needs to be sent directly to TDLR at the address at the top of the form.  (If you do not have the EAB Project Number send the completed form with your full submission to Lone Star Access and we will forward it to TDLR after we receive the EAB Project Number.)
• Effective September 01, 2009, plans shall be submitted for review no later than the 20^th day after the date the plans are “issued”.
